The roar that echoed around Randwick on Saturday afternoon, the biggest since Winx, when Art Cadeau came back after winning the Kosciuszko was only a whimper compared to Terry Robinson’s family group zoom chat, which stretched across the country.

Tommy Berry was never in doubt his five-year-old would win, but the Robinson clan around the country would beg to differ, which were sent into various states of delirium.
“He was never going to get beat, I always thought I would get Handle The Truth, it was just there when it counted,” Berry said. “The other horse peaked on his run at the furlong and my bloke is just a bulldog. He just dug in and won. We still don’t know how good he is.
“The crowd was unbelievable, I haven’t heard anything like that for a long time, but I know the Robinsons would be louder.
“They are all over the country and I can’t wait to see them all.”
The group chat hosted Robinson’s daughter Ash at Randwick stretched from the family’s famous south coast base to Queensland, Canberra and across the country to Western Australia.
“They just all went off,” Ash said. “There are tears and cheers, I think everyone wanted to be here and we are the lucky ones to be here.”
The trainer, who has been suffering vertigo after a fall last month, launched into a mighty leap as Art Cadeau collared Handle The Truth to win by a head with Spiranac three-quarters of a length away in third.
