The terrace, on a 101-square-metre block with mixed-use zoning, has already drawn interest from locals, mostly professional couples and investors, as well as some international buyers looking at purchasing the property for their children studying at nearby universities.
Mr Poka said the location was a big drawcard for buyers, with multiple universities, nearby restaurants and Broadway Shopping Centre, Central Station and the soon-to-be Tech Central all close by.
Records show the Wellington Street terrace was purchased for $1,762,000 in 2016, before its extensive renovation.
The expression of interest campaign will close on March 31 and the property can be viewed by private inspection.
